ONLINE STORE TERMS

COMPETITION TERMS - APRIL 2019 - WIN THE GIFT YOU SEND PROMOTION

Every 10th customer who enters the promotion by writing the words 'I am a Facebook fan' or 'I am an Instagram fan' into the order / message notes with their order will be deemed to have entered and accepted the terms below. Every 10th order with either of these phrases in the message box will win their order back to them (or someone of their choosing) which can be sent to any address in the UK standard delivery.

This promotion is open to anyone over the age of 18 and who purchases any item from our website between the dates and times stated and uses the specified words in the order notes / message box.

It starts when the first eligible order (complying with the entry requirements) is placed after the first of the instagram & facebook posts are published on 6th April 2019 and will finish on Saturday 13th April at 23.59 GMT.

The winners will be contacted by the email address they used to place the order within 48 hours of the competition ending.

The winners agree to have their names and county published on social media.

No subsitution or cash alternative is available.

If we do not have the winning items in stock we reserve the right to offer a similar item of same or higher value.

PLACING AN ORDER
You can use the IzzyBee website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. Shipping costs will be shown prior to your placing your order. You will be required to pay for the good in full at the time of ordering. IzzyBee uses secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by the payment methods described below. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. All prices quoted on the IzzyBee website are in UK pounds. Once your order is complete, you will be notified electronically of the dispatch date.
 
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. IzzyBee attempts to make all product listing as accurate as possible.  In the event that any item is unavailable, IzzyBee reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product.  We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of items on the Website as accurately as possible.  All items shown are subject to availability.
 
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
In the event that an IzzyBee product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, IzzyBee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. IzzyBee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IzzyBee shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
 
PAYMENT
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card or details on the secure online order form or via Paypal.
Rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.  We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicating with IzzyBee via email. Please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us with when placing an order.
 
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
Please contact us at info@izzybee.co.uk to arrange delivery back to us (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged) as soon as possible once you let us know you are returning it. Please do not send orders back to our registered address as we are unable to accept parcels there.
We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
 
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:  Those which are made to your specifications and/or clearly personalised, or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
