Can I add a personal message to one of the cards?

Yes! In the cart / basket, there is a box entitled *Personalised message & delivery notes*  Simply enter your own words here, and we will handwrite your message on your chosen card for an extra personal touch. We have a huuuuge range of exclusively designed cards to choose from including ‘Thinking of You’ ‘Congratulations’ ‘You are Fab’ ‘Speedy Recovery’ ‘LOVE’ ‘Hot Mama’ ‘Something to Brighten Your Day’ ‘Thinking of You' ‘Thank You’   'Bundle of Joy' There’s no limit to the number of words - feel free to let your sentiments flow (please email us if you can't fit it all in the order note box in the shopping basket - we can usually accommodate longer messages) ! The gift card is a decent A6 size, not a tiny tag-sized card.  

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes. While our website currently only allows one delivery address per order, we're happy to help.

Simply email us atcustomerservice@izzybee.co.uk with the gifts you'd like to send and the delivery addresses. We'll pull everything together into a single order and can arrange delivery to multiple recipients, whether you're sending gifts to family, friends, clients or colleagues.

You can choose the same gift message for everyone or provide a personalised message for each recipient.

Can I choose a future delivery date?

Absolutely! You can now choose your preferred delivery date directly in your shopping basket before checkout.

As well as our Standard, Express and Next Day options, we offer two options for delivery with a chosen date:

1. Preferred / Aimed For Date (£3.95)
Perfect if the exact date is not critical. We will aim for your gift to arrive on or just before your selected date using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This option is available for delivery dates 4 or more days in the future.

2. Guaranteed Date (£11.95)
If your gift must arrive on a specific date, choose our Guaranteed Date option. We will hold your order until the day before your selected date and send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery for guaranteed arrival on that date.

Guaranteed Date delivery can be selected up until 2pm on the working day before delivery.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee delivery on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays.

We can add one of our 'Do Not Open Until... (your date)' stickers on the box - let us know in the order notes / gift message box in the basket if you'd like this.

Can I add an extra item(s) to a ready made gift package?

Absolutely! If you would like to add a gift(s) from our 'Make Your Own Gift' to any of our gift packages simply add it to your basket and we will add it into your box. Don't worry about it fitting in the box - if we need to size up the box to fit it in we will do that automatically as we have lots of different sized boxes to best fit the package.

Can I get my order delivered tomorrow?

Yes, if you order before 2pmand select the 'Next Day' delivery option at £11.95 we will send your order that day for delivery the next working day or Saturday. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday - Friday so Next Day orders received after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If you miss the 2pm cut off time you can always try emailing us on customerservice@izzybee.co.uk to see if we can still get it dispatched that day, but we can't promise!

Can I choose what time it will be delivered Next Day?

We now offer the option for Next Day delivery by 1pm If you place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday your order will be delivered by 1pm the next day (Monday - Saturday delivery). Please note that if you order after 2pm on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday with delivery by 1pm on Tuesday.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Yes we can but for guaranteed Saturday delivery the ‘Next Day delivery’ option needs to be purchased. Order before 2pm on a Friday for delivery the next day with ‘Next Day Delivery’ . Alternatively you can place your order in advance with 'Next Day Delivery' but add a note in the order notes /gift message box in the basket to advise us which date you'd like delivery on and we will hold your order for dispatch to hit the date.

Can your deliver on a Sunday or Public Holiday? 

We cannot deliver or dispatch on a Sunday or Public Holiday unfortunately.

Do you dispatch orders on a weekend?

No, we dispatch orders Monday - Friday except public holidays. 

Can I have a VAT receipt?

You can download a PDF of your VAT receipt from the link in your order confirmation email (the link is just above the 'View Your Order' button. You can also download the VAT receipt from the page after checkout or in your account when you view your order. Our VAT registration number is GB343875377

Are the beauty / pamper brands you stock cruelty-free?

Yes, all brands we stock are cruelty-free. Some are also vegan (eg Corinne Taylor, Bloomtown Botanicals, Aery)

How will my parcel look?

In one word... beautiful!  All our gift packages come in planet friendly packaging.  Inside the simply ‘IzzyBee’ branded white (non laminated) card box you will find luxury white spotty tissue paper, recycled shredded paper, all wrapped up with ribbon and the card tucked under the ribbon on top so as soon as the recipient opens the box it’s the first thing they see! The box is sealed with a sticker but if you’d rather that we send it unsealed please let us know in the message box at checkout.

Our gift boxes are mailed out in a waterproof recycled mailing bag with a ‘You’re in for a treat!’ IzzyBee sticker. If you’d like us to add a ‘Do not open until....’ (date of your choice) sticker to the outside of the parcel, just let us know in the message box in the basket / cart.

Our white willow gift hamper baskets are wrapped in eco- friendly recyclable concertina paper (a planet friendly, non-plastic alternative to bubble wrap), then wrapped in brown paper as the outer layer for mailing out.

How does the ‘Make Your Own’ Gift Package work?

1. First add the ‘Make Your Own’ box, choose which card you’d like here and add to your basket. There is a charge of £9.50 for the standard card gift box (or £30 for a white willow hamper) which includes a card with your message that we handwrite onto it, beautiful gift wrapping with shredded paper, tissue paper and ribbon. Standard (3-6 working days), Expedited delivery (currently 1-3 working days) or Next day delivery (next working date if ordered before 2pm) can be added to the order notes at the basket.

2. Select your gifts here- as many or as few as you like!

You don’t have to worry about what will fit in your box - we have a wide range of sizes of boxes and hampers and will make sure we select the best fit for the items you choose. 

3. Checkout making sure you've added any gift message for the card at the basket / cart stage along with any instructions to us such as delivery date or to let us know if you require a ‘not to be opened until..,’ sticker. You can have the parcel delivered straight to the recipient or to yourself. We do not include any dispatch note or pricing information with the parcel. Please add a message to say who the gift is from unless you’d like the parcel to be sent anonymously.

Do you offer bespoke or corporate boxes?

Yes.  We can work with you to produce a really special box for any range of occasions either using the gifts you see on our website or sourcing products to suit your requirements.

We can even add your corporate branding to our boxes and gift cards.  Our corporate customers order our gift packages (either from our ready-to-go gift packages or bespoke packages) for their own employees - from one off gifts such as new baby, get well soon or ‘congratulations ’ gifts or to whole departments as an appreciative gesture.  

Some of our corporate customers use IzzyBee gifts to let their customers know they really value them. From estate agencies, travel agencies, recruitment agencies, taxi firms, holiday letting agencies, accountants, hotels and media companies, we send gift packages to their clients -often with their own branding- as delightfully unexpected gifts, thank you gifts, welcome gifts, gifts for events such as conferences, or even sorry-we-got-it-wrong gifts.
