Can I add a personal message to one of the cards?
Yes. In the cart, there is a drop down box entitled *Personalised message & delivery notes* Simply enter your own words here, and we will enclose your message for an extra personal touch.
Can I ask for delivery on a particular day?
There are a couple of options here. With our free and express delivery services, Royal Mail and Hermes give us 'guidelines' for their delivery dates (ie 2 - 3 days) and we can try to get it as close as possible, but it is not a guaranteed service. We can also add one of our 'Do Not Open Until... (your date)' stickers on the box. Just add details in the dropdown box on your cart page.
Our 'Guaranteed Next Working Day' service is the only way to ensure you get the specific day you need. You can book it in advance and we'll make sure to get it there on time for you. Just leave details on the dropdown box in your cart.
How will my parcel look?
In one word... beautiful! All our gift packages come in natural packaging. Inside you will find luxury white spotty tissue paper, recycled kraft paper, all wrapped up with ribbon and the card displayed on top as soon as they open the box (its the first thing they see!) Our larger boxes are entirely wrapped in tissue paper again, then carefully packaged in bubble wrap and waterproof outer packaging.
Do you offer bespoke boxes?
Yes. We can work with you to produce a really special box for any range of occasions. We have also produced boxes as wedding favours.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We often run special promotions and discount codes from time to time. Follow us on Instagram or Twitter, or subscribe to our newsletter to find out about our promotions.
What to do if my parcel has arrived damaged?
Please use the Contact Us page and include your order number, name, address and details.
What if the recipient has food allergies?
Please contact us and we can try to substitute the food item. Use the Contact Us page with your requirements.
