Can I order for a future date? 

Can I pre-order for a certain date?

Yes! There are two options:

1. If exact date does not have to be guaranteed - simply tell us the date you'd like us to aim for in the order notes (the box where you also write your gift message in the shopping cart). We will do our best to send it so it arrives just before or on this day. It is is more than 6 working days from date of order you can select the Standard Delivery at £3.95. (If it's less than this we would advise selecting Express Delivery at 1-3 working days)

2. If you would like an exact date - tell us the date you'd like delivery on in the order notes (the box in the shopping cart where you also add your gift message) but make sure you choose 'Next Day Delivery' at £9.95. We will then hold your order and dispatch the day before. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. Delivery on Public Holidays or Sundays are not possible. If you request a Monday delivery date we will send your order on Friday which means a Saturday delivery is most likely.

3.  HOLDING ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS - FREE DELIVERY for orders over £70 and placed before 25th November 2023. Enter the code HOLDFORXMAS at the checkout and we will hold your order for delivery mid December in time for Christmas. We will include a 'Save for Christmas' sticker on the outside of the parcel unless you tell us not to (in the order notes box which is in the shopping basket where you also add your gift message). 


Gift E-Vouchers

If you've left it too late for a gift to be sent or you'd rather the recipient pick something for themselves, we have Gift vouchers that you can email directly to them. Available from £25 - £300.

Can I have a 'DO NOT OPEN UNTIL ..... ' sticker?

Please let us know in your order notes (that's the box in the basket that you also write your gift message in) if you would like us to add a free 'Do not open until ....' sticker on the outside of your parcel. We will of course write in the date you tell us.
