How can I pre- order for Valentines Day?
If you'd like your order delivered for Valentine's Day :
- select a Valentine's Delivery at checkout(there are two options - one at £3.95 for delivery just before 14th Feb and one option for guaranteed delivery on 14th Feb at £11.95).
- we will then hold your order and dispatch in timefor Valentine's Day for delivery between 12th - 14th February 2026 if standard valentine's delivery. Alternatively for guaranteed delivery on Valentine's Day (14th Feb) we will hold your order and dispatch on 13th with Next Day delivery for arrival on 14th.
How can I pre- order for Mother's Day (15th March)?
If you'd like your order delivered for Mother's Day :
- select a Mother's Day Delivery at checkout - £3.95 for delivery just before 15th March
- we will then hold your order and dispatch in timefor Mother's Day for delivery between 12th - 14th March 2026
- and add a 'do not open until Mother's Day' sticker on the outside of the parcel (let us know if you prefer not to have this sticker).
Can I order for a future date?
Can I pre-order for a certain date?
Yes! There are two options:
1. If exact date does not have to be guaranteed - simply tell us the date you'd like us to aim for in the order notes (the box where you also write your gift message in the shopping cart). We will do our best to send it so it arrives just before or on this day. It is is more than 6 working days from date of order you can select the Standard Delivery at £3.95. (If it's less than this we would advise selecting Express Delivery at 1-3 working days)
2. If you would like an exact date - tell us the date you'd like delivery on in the order notes (the box in the shopping cart where you also add your gift message) but make sure you choose 'Next Day Delivery' at £11.95. We will then hold your order and dispatch the day before. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. Delivery on Public Holidays or Sundays are not possible. If you request a Monday delivery date we will send your order on Friday which means a Saturday delivery is most likely.
Gift E-Vouchers
If you've left it too late for a gift to be sent or you'd rather the recipient pick something for themselves, we have Gift vouchers that you can email directly to them. Available from £25 - £300.
Can I have a 'DO NOT OPEN UNTIL ..... ' sticker?
Please let us know in your order notes (that's the box in the basket that you also write your gift message in) if you would like us to add a free 'Do not open until ....' sticker on the outside of your parcel. We will of course write in the date you tell us.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. Please check your junk / spam if you don't see this in your inbox.
