I recently made two orders for the birthdays of two family members and was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention that went into the whole process! I was able to choose from a selection of products and packaging (box or basket) and have them delivered within the timeframe of my choice relative to delivery fees. My order was acknowledged by email and I was updated on the date and approximate time of deliveries and the parcels were handed over in person (not just left on the doorstep)! The packaging is lovely and makes the gifts seem even more special! Sent a parcel over to my dad. I live in Australia. It was delivered really quickly. Beautiful packaging and I loved the fact the card was handwritten as for my dad it made it more personal and like I’d written it. Dad absolutely loved the contents and apparently spent ages telling mum how much he enjoyed opening it and sharing the contents.
