Just wanted to send a note to say a big thank you for your lovely care package service.
I recently ordered a care package for my Dad who is awaiting hospital treatment. He just called me to say he received it today and he loved it so much, it brought him to tears! I live in Morocco so it was really lovely to be able to send him some love and wellness from abroad. The handwritten note was such a lovely addition, it really brightened his day. This is the second time you have delighted the recipient of my gift. I live in Australia and discovered your wonderful service in time to send a 21st birthday gift to my granddaughter who was far from home at a UK university. She was thrilled to receive it so I used you again for my longtime friend who lives in Banbury UK.

I was delighted to receive a box of goodies from my daughter, who works across the pond in USA.

We take delight in sending boxes to each other at Christmas, surprising each other by our selections.

The contents were fine, and cleverly selected, my daughter had packed them carefully so that they would be seen in order, when the box was opened. Unfortunately the huge sticky customs label covered the opening and, as the bottom was loose I opened it upside down.

I disturbed the contents , so the cleverness of the order was ruined.

Maybe you could design the boxes so they open easily from the top, despite in nuisance of extra strong customs label hiding the opening.
