Can I order for a future date?
Before checkout, you can schedule your delivery date in your shopping basket using our delivery calendar.
FUTURE DATE DELIVERY - we have two options for selecting a delivery date (which is just before the checkout, in the shopping basket).
- Preferred / Aimed for Date - £3.95 (available for dates 4 -120 days in advance). Select your date on the calendar & we will aim to send your order to arrive your on or just before the requested date.We can add a 'do not open until XXX' sticker on the outside of the parcel- just let us know in the order notes.
- Guaranteed Date - £11.95. We will hold your order until the day before your requested date and send with Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed for delivery the next day. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays.
Gift E-Vouchers
If you've left it too late for a gift to be sent or you'd rather the recipient pick something for themselves, we have Gift vouchers that you can email directly to them. Available from £25 - £300.
Can I have a 'DO NOT OPEN UNTIL ..... ' sticker?
Please let us know in your order notes (that's the box in the basket that you also write your gift message in) if you would like us to add a free 'Do not open until ....' sticker on the outside of your parcel. We will of course write in the date you tell us.
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. Please check your junk / spam if you don't see this in your inbox.
