Ordering after 2pm Friday 19th Dec & need it for Christmas? - we recommend placing your order with Next Day Delivery by 2pm on Tuesday 23rd Dec for it to get there in time. There is a chance that Priority Express will also get there in time, but it will not be guaranteed.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (£5.95) - 1-3 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri**) with delivery a further 1-2 working days. Please note same day dispatch is not guaranteed with this service but may be possible. Orders received after Thursday 18th December with Express may or may not arrive in time for Christmas

NEXT DAY DELIVERY £11.95 - Order before 2pm Mon - Friand we will dispatch same day for delivery by the end of the next day (including delivery on a Saturday). We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday** so orders received after 2pm on a Friday or anytime on a Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday).If you miss the cut off of 2pm please email us or use the online chat as we can still sometimes dispatch up until 3pm Mon - Fri.

DELIVERY BY 1pm NEXT DAY UK** DELIVERY £15.95 - Order before 2pm Mon - Fri and we will dispatch same day for delivery by 1pm next day (including delivery on a Saturday). GUARANTEED DAY DELIVERY (£11.95) - we will hold your order and dispatch the day before with Next Day delivery. As we dispatch orders Monday - Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Sunday or Monday.

How do I send to more than one address?

If you need to send to more than one address, please place separate orders or if it's more than a few addresses please do email us on info@izzybee.co.uk with details of your order and we can send you an invoice with a link to complete the payment by card or by BACS.

Please let us know in your order notes (that's the box in the basket that you also write your gift message in) if you would like us to add a free 'Save for Christmas' sticker on the outside of your parcel.

My friends very kindly recently gifted me the 'Make Your Own' gift package, which was so lovely to receive as a surprise gift. It was a great parcel with warm socks, an extremely delicious orange chocolate bar (seriously cannot hype up enough how good that chocolate bar was!), some tea and a hot chocolate bombe.
