Christmas Delivery

XMAS DELIVERY (£3.95) - we will hold your order for delivery between 12th - 23rd December (let us know if there is a particular date in this period you'd like us to aim for and we will do our best)

We will be dispatching orders up to and including Monday 23rd December 2024. Next dispatch date after 23rd December is Friday 27th December.

Last dates for Christmas Delivery:

STANDARD DELIVERY (£3.95) - order by midnight Sunday 15th December.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (£5.95) - order by 9am Wednesday 18th Dec for delivery before Christmas

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (£9.95) - order by 9am Monday 23rd Dec for delivery on Tuesday 24th Dec (we would highly recommend placing your order before 9am Friday 20th December for delivery in time for Christmas)

Our dispatch dates over the holiday season are:

How do I send to more than one address?

If you need to send to more than one address, please place separate orders or if it's more than a few addresses please do email us on info@izzybee.co.uk with details of your order and we can send you an invoice with a link to complete the payment by card or by BACS.

Gift E-Vouchers

If you've left it too late for a gift to be sent or you'd rather the recipient pick something for themselves, we have Gift vouchers that you can email directly to them. Available from £25 - £300.

Can I have a 'SAVE FOR CHRISTMAS' sticker?

Please let us know in your order notes (that's the box in the basket that you also write your gift message in) if you would like us to add a free 'Save for Christmas' sticker on the outside of your parcel.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. Please check your junk / spam if you don't see this in your inbox.

My friends very kindly recently gifted me the 'Make Your Own' gift package, which was so lovely to receive as a surprise gift. It was a great parcel with warm socks, an extremely delicious orange chocolate bar (seriously cannot hype up enough how good that chocolate bar was!), some tea and a hot chocolate bombe.
