Willies Cacao was founded by Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the UK's pioneer of "bean to bar", and has introduced millions of people to the taste of real chocolate. He imports the cacao beans directly from the farmers to his factory in Devon and makes it all in small batches, taking up to 100 times longer than industrial chocolate.  Willie uses only the World's Great Single Estate Cacaos which are like fine wines, all tasting completely different, one of nuts another of fruits. He uses only natural ingredients, no vanilla and no soya lecithin, nothing that gets in the way of the flavour of the bean.
